We help companies make the leap.

From incremental improvements to radical transformation—that's the journey we guide.

The Name

Hiyaku (飛躍) is Japanese for "leap"—not a step, not progress, but a discontinuous jump from one level to another.

We chose this name because it captures what we believe AI represents: not incremental improvement, but the opportunity for radical transformation.

The companies that seize this moment won't just be faster versions of themselves. They'll operate at an entirely different level.

AI is bringing a new world.

We're not hyperbolic about technology. We've seen enough hype cycles to be skeptical. But AI is different.

For the first time, we have technology that can understand context, exercise judgment, and handle ambiguity. That changes everything—not just what we can automate, but what becomes possible.

The gap between companies that figure this out and those that don't will be enormous. We exist to help companies land on the right side of that gap.

Partners, not vendors.

We don't believe in the typical consultancy model—parachute in, deliver a report, disappear. Transformation requires partnership.

We work alongside your team, understanding your business deeply enough to spot opportunities you might miss. We build capability, not dependency. When we're done, you should be stronger—not more reliant on us.

That means we're selective about who we work with. We want clients who are ready to transform, not just automate. Who see AI as a strategic opportunity, not just a tactical tool.

Sid Bharath

Sid has spent his career at the intersection of technology and business transformation. After leading growth at venture-backed startups and advising Fortune 500 companies on digital strategy, he founded Hiyaku Labs to help organizations navigate the AI transformation.

His approach combines deep technical understanding with practical business acumen—understanding not just what AI can do, but how to actually implement it in complex organizations.

He believes the companies that will win the next decade are being built right now, and that the differentiator isn't technology—it's the ability to transform with it.
